Man, Morgan was an absolute brick wall out there. Briton Ferry had her dead to rights on multiple breakaways, and she somehow saved everything they threw at her.

I know! She was just incredible. The whole team was really something but wow, what a performance from Morgan. So glad they got promoted, and just so happy to see the community’s support and belief in them.

I'm just glad I didn't watch this and the Gresford episode back-to-back!

It seems daft to me that they can't promote two teams to the Adran Premier, the winner of each regional division. It's even worse than the situation in the men's National League, where the second best team can miss out on promotion by having one bad game in the playoffs (as Wrexham did in 2021-22, as seen in season 1 of WtW).

I know nothing about football, but when I watch Rosie Hughes, even I can tell that she's magnificent. I'm so happy they included the women's team in the documentary.

I was afraid the Briton Ferry game was going to end in penalty kicks. Do they use those in league play?

I didn't think I'd enjoy watching two beautiful Hollywood millionaires make a small town in Wales so fucking happy quite so much. Fuck them for wringing all these tears out of me.

(I haven’t actually checked, but) they wouldn’t have penalty shootouts for the regular league season but they probably use them for the play-off match if it ends in a draw.

We're still catching up on this season, and watched this and the Notts County knuckle-biter last night. I don't know how we survived.

Boyfriend's 20-year-old son watched with us, and after the ladies' win he commented, "Daaamn, Rosie is YOKED!" Go Rosie!
