I loved the short scene in 1886 where Joy and Falling Star were playing Go Fish in the tipi:
Joy: I hate to be the one to have to tell you this, but, uh, yeah, Michael Jackson was the biggest pop star in the world.
Falling Star: Bigger than Zeppelin?
Joy: Mm-hm.
Falling Star: The Beatles??
Joy: He owned the Beatles. Paul was pissed.
Falling Star: How? The kid was adorable, but he sang a love song about a rat.
Joy: Ben, I know.
Falling Star: You kept this from me for four years?!
Joy: I didn't think you could handle it.
Falling Star: Bitch.
[both laugh]
