A finely-crafted, visually appealing picture, but more of a fantasy than a narrative. I'm curious to find any information about how it was made, since I didn't think the KSA would approve of the film's message.

I went to see it on the strength of its director Tom Tykwer (Run Lola Run, Cloud Atlas) and its star Tom Hanks (The Money Pit, Cloud Atlas) and I quite liked it.

I really liked this book (I tend to like all of Dave Eggers stuff) and I didn't realize this movie existed. I need to check it out.
