We enjoyed this a lot. Sort of a take on “what would you say to your younger self” in an uncomplicated, moment-in-time way. Really strong cast. The lead, Maisy Stella is pretty perfect in the roll.

Stick around for the last scene with Aubrey Plaza, where she puts in a short, quiet, performance that reminds you that she can really act.

This was great - felt like an indie hallmark flick, definitely will make it in to all of "Feel Good Movie" recommendations that are badly needed right now. Smart and funny with tons of tiny details that service the wider "mystery" components as well as themes about trying to appreciate the present moment. And I think it really stuck the landing at the end in a moving way, with a twist that operated in more ways than one.

Loved the gorgeous setting - I'm not much of a Lake Person, but man did it make me want to go spend a summer in a beautiful Canadian lake town.

"Indie hallmark flick" seems apt. It's not even quite a drama. But the romance is pretty cute, decent romantic banter and acting, and I'm not going to think much more about it.

I really enjoyed it! There’s more going on than I expected. They nailed the ending, it was sweet and the characters really earned it. The actor playing Chad was great. He plays a lot of rich assholes so, yah, I fell for it. They got me. Agree 100% that Aubrey Plaza has more acting ability than most people might think.

This was a bit like an American millennial Petite Maman, with dick jokes. I enjoyed it.

That was extremely sweet. Moving and really just...adorable. I'm chortling to myself about who they named as the founder of the retreat that older Elliott went to.
