What If...?: What If... What If?

Well, why not?
[Series Finale] It all wraps up in a big cosmic showdown. Personally, I think that anyone who saved Madisynn should be forgiven of any number of sins. And WRT the final fate of Captain Carter, I'm pretty sure that Peggy wasn't retconned out of existence in the entire multiverse; otherwise, how would we remember her?
(Also, I am just now realizing that Uatu's name wasn't mentioned in the show until this episode. Whoops, my bad.)

I thought this was a good ending for both the season and the series. The series started with Peggy’s courage saving the day and ended the same way. I adored how Kirby-infused the visuals were, from the over-elaborate costumes to the copious Kirby Krackle. And at some point I’ll have to rewatch Uatu’s ending monologue, advancing it frame by frame so I can parse all the crazy character designs that sped past.
But just as with Agatha Harkness vs. Arishem, I love that even the most powerful cosmic beings resort to punching each other in the face. Once the Guardians got Watcher Power the fight got pretty boring, as they all just kept blasting each other with energy rays ineffectually. (One exception: Peggy grabbing one dude by the upper jaw and smashing him into the ground repeatedly, Hulk-and-Loki style, was hilarious.) I finally got interested when the Eminence and his bros started spinning and erasing everyone from the Multiverse, which is the level of abstract crazy these events should have.
(By the way, I recited the oath myself and didn’t get any cosmic powers. What am I doing wrong?)

"What is the point of just watching?" is what I've been saying all along here.
We all hate that spelling.
