Single mother Elaine is disturbed by her son Martin's aggressive behaviour, she visits his late father's estranged family in small-town Luxembourg, which hides a much darker nature.

Plot description from IMDb.

Directed by Jacques Molitor from a script by him, Régine Abadia, and Magali Negroni. Starring Louise Manteau, Victor Dieu, and Marja-Leena Junker.

There's a trailer, but it's from the "how about we spoil almost everything?" school of trailer-making. It also misrepresents this as a white-knuckle horror movie rather than a character study/look at class and patriarchy which also happens to have werewolves. (Here's the trailer.)

100% / 59% at Rotten Tomatoes.

Content warnings:
Werewolves, cannibalism, patriarchy, classism, snooty rich people, ill-behaved children, wolves doing things which wolves should never do, scenes which remind you uncomfortably of The Giving Tree.

Maybe not a fan favorite, this one, but I really liked it.
