A woman and her new husband returns to her hometown roots in coastal northern Florida, and must deal with family, business, and encroaching real estate development.

Even if John Sayles isn't your bag, worth watching for Edie Falco's outstanding performance as a memorably unhappy woman.

Maybe not top tier Sayles but I think the performances elevate it, Edie Falco is the highlight for sure.

Sayles has directed 17 mostly critically acclaimed films and if I have my numbers right, only four of them have a Blu Ray release. It's wild.

I think that's correct. I suspect it has to do with the rights holders.

Baby, It’s You was about the first movie I owned (on Betamax), wore the tape out.
