20% fresh on Rotten Tomatoes. But the art direction, production design and makeup and costuming is dynamite, making the title character seem more like a deeply malevolent forest demon and far less a stereotypical Irish sprite who kills for the craic. Having said that, the Leprechaun's character design might be the only non-stereotypical part of this flick.
