Abbott Elementary: Music Class
March 30, 2025 3:29 PM - Season 4, Episode 19 - Subscribe

Barbara tackles the FUNDAMENTALS of music, while the kids just wanna go viral and have fun. Gregory is now principal and trying to figure out the filing system. Janine tries to get Ava's job back, while Ava continues to successfully hustle at a TEB Talk.

"Are we going to learn how to make a song go viral?"

"Who was the first person to go viral?" "Jesus?"
(ahahahahah the kids know you, Barbara). Who was second? JAMES BROWN

"I thought she organized everything based on the Hot Dad Scale."
"Yeah, it was too easy to decode."

Barbara's shirt is the most interesting part of her lecture/

"Aren't all songs just collections of noises?" Yes.

'I think we gotta watch ALL SEASONS OF SURVIVOR to crack her code."
"Okay. How hard can that be?"

"I don't know what you're into, Jacob's got some weird stories..."

Janine's bitchface at Melissa's popcorn is SOMETHING.

Barbara quits class for the day, that's saying a lot for her.

Ava has the most complicated personal filing system ("cross check it with the bus schedule") and she makes Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler look simple.

I love that Gregory ends up loving her system.
