Masters of Sex: Giants

Masters gynecology practice and supply of study participants dwindles due to racism. Libby is confronted by Robert over her poor treatment of Coral, Betty reunites with her former lover, and Johnson struggles to right her relationship with DePaul - who is newly aware of Johnson's ongoing affair with Masters.
I was expecting some kind of old-timey Aristocrats routine from Silverman as a study participant. It'll be good to see her playing a more substantial role. But the Libby racism is so weird and horrible it's hard for me to watch. Like I spent season one thinking "why are you ignoring something which was a big deal at that time?" and now I almost want the writers to put it back in the box, although that would be infuriating. I mean, where do they go with this dramatically? A lesson is learned? Nobody hugs*, nobody learns?
I loved Coral's sly "woman of the world" retort.
* Kind of loving the way that nobody hugs.

I'd read that Sarah Silverman had a part this season, didn't know she'd be Helen.
