Hugo Strange is the best guy they ever added to Gotham. The show only works when it's in motion and totally batshit nuts, and he brings that stuff to the table.

I only hope the writers have noticed this, and keep centering the show on zany stuff instead of more boring 'how awful can we make Jim Gordon' subplots.

I bet if you can play "Amazing Grace" on the bagpipes, Gotham is a lucrative place to work.
