HQ, Fitz moves ahead with a project and Radcliffe gets under May's skin.

Yeah, there's no way it was anything else.

I really enjoyed this one. I remember when Agents of SHIELD was so bad I thought they'd just straight up get canceled, and here they are being genuinely awesome episode after episode. I think my favorite bit was Jemma using the severed android head to intimidate the captured assassin.

I also liked that when Talbot waxed nostalgic about torture, people were not on board. That was a small thing, but I noticed and appreciated it.

This was also a good way to bring Coulson back as the power behind the throne, without taking it public. Mace really is much better at that angle than he is.

I did enjoy this plot development. I like Mace in general, really.

The fact that Mace's only real superpower is that he's a decent person is quite endearing.

Well, to be Washed you have to first say that 'leaf on the wind' thing, and THEN get skewered.
