PJ Vogt is the co-host of Reply All. "Every radio story is broken. Everything is missing some piece it's supposed to have. Everything has some weird interview that didn't go the way you thought it was going to go, or you thought you had an answer but you were wrong."

I often find Longform interviews too long, and the host puts me off, but these two (Alex and PJ) were an absolute treat. And I think the 'every radio story is broken' lesson holds true for a lot of creative work - I just slaved over a presentation that could've been better in X, Y, or Z ways, but I only learned that by doing it.

And any chance to revel in the Greatest Laugh in Radio is a joy.
