Can we watch something that's on an "archival" stream?
There are certain shows, for example anime in the middle of decades long production disputes, that are on hosted at locations that are archival streams. These streams have varying legalities. Could we point towards a potential stream in a way that suggests their location despite locality in order to afford discussion?
