Elderly Jew Friedrich Hirsch, having purchased Curtis's rewind power from power broker Seth, travels back to 1930s Berlin to kill Hitler. He fails, in doing so, dropping his cell phone, giving the Nazis technology which alters history so Germany wins the war.
