It's a sitcom that sat on the shelf next to X-Files, and some of the otherworldly intrigue and fun rubbed off, but just a smudge here and there. The actors and their characters are decent, but that's the only thing going for this show.

This episode cemented my suspicion that they're working (toward) a Brooklyn Nine Nine feel applied to The X-Files.

Yeah I wouldn't mind that. Craig and Adam works well together.
