Is this the first episode to include the entire regular/recurring cast? Even Trixie (and maybe the first Trixie + Ella scene, no?). And now another 3 weeks off, which is worrisome. I mean, I don’t mind the wait so much on a personal level, there’s always something else in my to-be-watched queue, but I worry that it shows a lack of support from the network.

I’m more convinced than ever that Abel is the key to ending Cain’s punishment—or rather, true repentance. For all of Pierce’s griping about how much he has suffered, from the Amenadiel fight scene it seems like he has spent all of his centuries blaming God for it without actually accepting that he brought it on himself.

Can I hope for a Dr. Linda therapy session for Pierce? I bet she’d see right past the chip on his shoulder.

OMG YYYYYAAAASSSSSSS we need a Dr Linda/ Pierce session.

The Dr Linda reaction to Charlotte was really hard for me to stomach. It would play better if Charlotte merely called Linda to schedule a session and Linda was cold to her. Actually scheduling something, waiting for the patient to come in, start talking and THEN say "GET OUT"? I can't imagine Linda doing that. Rejecting Charlotte on the phone and then going to confront her in person to really SEE she's different would work for me better.

I gotta say Amenadiel is kinda an insufferable twit. Kinda like a hot hall monitor. I'm all for Tom staying on the show. He's my kinda angry.

Eh, I can fanwank that -- I can't remember if she knew Mom-Charlotte's full name, or just as 'goddess of creation/Lucifer's mother'. So if Charlotte just called Dr. Linda for an appointment based on Lucifer's recommendation, would Linda have recognized her name? I mean, she would have recognized her voice, but, since Dr. Linda doesn't have a secretary/assistant, maybe she has an answering service to screen calls & make appointments, and they just slotted Charlotte into the next available 'new patient consultation' window.

I loved the fight scene. I'm always so happy when I get to actually watch a fight rather than guess what's happening due to a shaky, constantly moving camera and dark lighting conditions. At first, I was going to say that despite the violence, the bar was relatively unscathed, but by the time Lucifer got back that was no longer the case. Lucifer's repair and construction crew and glass suppliers must just love him.

So it seems that his devil persona is returning, what with the flash of red in his eyes. Good. They've dragged that complication out long enough.

Once again, Maize and Trixie were a perfect pair.

I'm not sure how I feel about Charlotte turning to Linda for help, but it's a direction I wasn't expecting (although looking back, it should have been obvious that was coming).
