Supergirl: Of Two Minds

Supergirl and Imra have different ideas on how to stop the third Worldkiller, Pestilence, as she starts her attack on the city. Sam confronts her inner demon.

Well, score one for the "you can't save everyone" team. I'm not surprised Pestilience's human side is just as dangerous, but man I wish she wasn't Asian. I figured it was her the minute Wynn got sick. At least the Worldkillers is a diverse group!

The episode dragged a bit with repeated imploring by Shoehorn for Imra to not kill, but honestly there wasn't much else to fill the time with Alex and Wynn out of commission. What I liked was Sam really trying to hold back Reign, like you can really feel the anguish of having such a terrible thing inside her. But I didn't get why Reign was just not coming out, instead staying in dream dimension and telling Sam her body will break if Lena keeps pushing. Wouldn't that also kill Reign? Perhaps she was just biding time until the other 2 found her?

So Kryptonian powers, sonic power, and poison power. I dunno how they're going to fight all that, but I have a feeling someone will either conveniently not use their power to its full potential, or someone will suddenly get plotonium and able to get stronger.

I can't check right now, but it seems like Purity's sonic waves are pretty similar to the Sirens' sonic waves on Arrow.

Shoehorn/Imra just felt like a rehash of the Barry/Ralph no-killing storyline from The Flash a few weeks ago. Brainy seems to just be used for filler.
