She totally did. And Yo Yo was totally legit for executing her. Ruby cut off her arms for crying out loud. Yo Yo should have diced Hale too.

Frankly I just want her to stab everyone.

Even leaving aside YoYo' s revenge motivations, Ruby accidentally head-squished someone she liked, and has super self control issues, She needed to get taken down ASAP before she started in on the rest of the room.

I just watched this the other night, but I recall social media a bit angsty about the head crumple. It was surprising, oh my.

YoYo was right, tho'. Ruby was never really presented as being anything but on a sliding scale of how off the rocker one can be. She grew up Hydra, that's right there is a lot.
