The world is still reeling from the events of Hong Sha. Daniel tries to build a new life with Viktor. Edith returns home for good. Rosie, attends Viv Rook's political rally and is amazed by her power and passion. Celeste loses her job, but that's just the start of her problems: when she and Stephen are woken at 4am by a series of urgent texts, they realise their entire life is about to come crashing down.

The last episode ended with something that triggered me for reals because of a childhood fear.

This one ended in a way that made me uneasy because of more recent adult concerns.

What are we doing to the world.

Anyone else think this "man-made Chinese island" was almost certainly originally written to simply be Taiwan? And the network was like, "Ha. NO. Do not do that."

My first thought was the island was a stand in for Taiwan. I'm not sure it makes sense, but that was definitely my first thought.

I'm generally not a fan of ripped-straight-from-the-headlines teevee, but RTD is good at humanising concepts. Although, radiation doesn't work that way!
