The last episode ended with something that triggered me for reals because of a childhood fear.

This one ended in a way that made me uneasy because of more recent adult concerns.

My first thought was the island was a stand in for Taiwan. I'm not sure it makes sense, but that was definitely my first thought.

I'm generally not a fan of ripped-straight-from-the-headlines teevee, but RTD is good at humanising concepts. Although, radiation doesn't work that way!
