Well, I actually kinda liked it. Go figure. I didn't hate it, at least, so that's a yay. I didn't even whine about a lack of Felicity too much.

Our Diggle showing up was so cute. Nice to see alt-versions of folks, briefly, before they were destroyed. Poor Earth-2.

I liked this premiere a lot. The future stuff also reinforces that everything in the present would turn out ok at least for Earth-1 folks, sans Oliver, and that kind of reassurance is nice.

Unless of course the show pulls a 180 and people start disappearing in 2040 because present reasons... but even then I'd probably still won't hate it much.

This episode gave me a lot of hope that the show is going to pull out all the stops for their final season.

I wonder if Harry and Jesse Quick survived Earth-2?

What I liked best about this show was how compressed it was. This was like Arrow Advanced Edition. They assume the audience already knows all the characters and tropes, no time wasted explaining stuff we've been shown. I particularly liked Adrian as the Dark Archer, the way the alternate realities rhyme with ours.
