We got a Kebin situation.

WTF is Kebin? Even Cheddar was spooked by it. Where TF is Peepus? If Kebin sprung deer legs after killing Casper, does the fact that it was babyish before mean it got Peepus off camera? But it was babyish before they realized he was missing? At least Flipcup is ok.

Loved the sibling dynamic between Albee and Casper, although I guess that's over now. Is Bellow too dumb for Albee? He's pretty dumb, but should that matter? I loved Cordelia and Stirfry noting Albee's crush to each other and realizing they're friends! Stirfry gets a few wins this go out!

Happy to be back, confused by the larger goings on in the world. Horrified by Kebin. Where can this go next??

Also - Branson totally took the wheel, or took advantage of Cordelia using her power, to undo Albee touching Kebin. I mean, I guess I get it because it's basically established to be instant inside out death, but it seemed a firm choice the player was making...

I think the DM mentioned looking for Peepus as a bonus episode sidequest? So perhaps he escaped Kebin. I subscriped to the Patreon / bonus feed so I'll keep an eye out for those episodes.

The body horror of Kebin was excellent. Using baby parts instead of adult parts really ratcheted up the horror, as well as the audio (yikes!!!) and the fact that Kebin isn't malicious, just.... running around. It doesn't care if it turns you inside out or not! It just wants to "play"!

The idea that Kebin walks by extruding legs at the front and then just shedding them when they get to the back is something that will stay with me for a long time.

I think the way Branson handled Albee's weird compulsion to touch Kebin was fine. If Cordelia hadn't acted when she did I'm not sure he would have spared her, but the sasquatch gave him a welcome opening. I wonder if Casper would have died if Albee hadn't pushed it so far, it felt a little like Branson sacrificed Casper to really hammer home how powerful Kebin is.

The whole thing with the disappearing University is getting very interesting> Originally, I just assumed it was a time travel thing (they were sent to a time before PU was established), but it looks like more of a parallel universe thing now? Really fascinating.

The production on this podcast is great - the music and sound effects are very well done. TOO well done in the case of all the gross noises D:

My take was that PU has been erased from existence - so no-one knows it ever existed (except the party) but there's still an empty space in peoples' memories where it used to be. Casper remembers his parents taking Albee to PU except because PU never existed he remembers them going to the "Forbidden Zone".
