King's delusions of grandeur lead Luz, Lilith and Hooty to a dangerous new island.
Luz works out a new glyph combo - invisibility. King talks about his past as the king of demons which Lilith disputes as historically inaccurate as there has never been a king of demons. They agree to go on a field trip King insists will prove he is right and Lilith, Luz, and... Hooty come along. Apparently Hooty can separate into a door-carrier. Also some things cannot be unseen. They find evidence that Liliths knowledge of history may not be complete, making King's story more plausible. They set off a guardian and Eda arrives to intervene and also fess up that she found King there as a baby, thinking he was a baby animal. He took a comment to him when he was very little literally, and Eda had just been playing along with his delusions because it was cute. There is a chamber showing that King was hatched there and the giant creature in the wall paintings must have been his father. Perhaps he is... the Prince of Demons?

OMG the sound effects over the reaction shot, and then the pulsing organs peeking out the hole in the door! That was both horror and comedy gold right there.
