In a near future, a family reckons with questions of love, connection, and loss after their A.I. helper unexpectedly breaks down.

Vulture: After Yang Is a Gorgeous Movie About the Life and Death of a Robot, Alison Willmore, March 4, 2022

The Atlantic: A Small-Scale Sci-Fi Film That Asks the Genreā€™s Biggest Question, David Sims, March 4, 2022

It was directed by Kogonada and stars Colin Farrell, Jodie Turner-Smith, Justin H. Min, Malea Emma Tjandrawidjaja, and Haley Lu Richardson.

(I personally thought this was a gorgeous and emotionally exhausting movie in the best way. This is in my wheelhouse, sure, but I was surprised at how much I loved it. Currently available on Showtime & possibly in theaters near you.)

Man this is great, I didn't know quite what to expect, but loved it. I've heard a lot of love for Colin Farrel from this film, and he's great, but I think the rest of the cast really delivers too.
