(Go ahead and consider this a thread to discuss the first 8 episodes of the 2022 season on Netflix.)

Anybody have theories or thoughts before the final episodes come out on Friday? Do you think this season lives up to the standard set by the original international versions or the Anderson Cooper-hosted seasons? Would this show be anything without Will's little pearl necklace and background reactions-while-eating? Who do you think is The Mole and why is it Kesi?

The structure of this season is interesting; are other competitive reality shows doing elimination reveals in the first act of the next episode these days? As someone who mostly watches RuPaul's Drag Race and The Amazing Race (both of which hew to a fairly conservative early-oughts format, and both of which are still aired weekly rather than binged) this was a surprise to me.

Also...that paltry prize money—by this point in the first US season (over twenty years ago), the pot was over $500,000!
