My anime database of choice is Anime-Planet, whose Spring 2023 chart is here.

As for the shows themselves, I'm so happy that Skip and Loafer sounds like it'll be great, going by ANN's first impressions. The manga it's based on is one of my current favorites, with realistic, likeable characters, plus one of the best trans characters ever in fictional manga, Mitsumi's aunt Nao-chan. This is a top-tier high school comedy, and I'm really looking forward to checking out this adaptation for myself.

Also on the manga adaptation side, I've heard good things about Heavenly Delusion, so that anime is on my radar. Same with Oshi no Ko. I do read The Ancient Magus' Bride, so anyone continuing with that series should be assured that the "College Arc" is fairly decent, with some fascinating new characters and plotlines.

Oh, and also, I can't wait for the second season of Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury, especially given how the first season ended.

So far of the episodes I've seen, the most memorable have been Skip and Loafer and 【Oshi No Ko】. Also I'm an anime-only watcher of these two, I haven't read the source manga.

Skip and Loafer - watched up to Ep. 2 and I love them all, Mitsumi and Sosuke and Nao and all the other characters, even Mitsumi's family dog. Watching it made me happy in the way Eizouken did, I think it's from watching the female characters in particular spreading their wings and overcoming setbacks.

【Oshi No Ko】. - what to say, a 80+minute first episode, that's longer than 3 episodes of typical anime. It manages to present a full storyline and set things up for subsequent story arcs. Definitely will continue watching to see how the questions raised in ep. 1 are addressed in future episodes.
