All Elite Wrestling: Dynamite: Dynamite 4/26 and Rampage 4/28

MJF must have seen Suzume last week, because he out here tryna get a "Four Pillars" Tournament going with just three pillars, not to mention making a deal his new buddy Sammy Guevara, who'll face Darby Allin in this "tournament"s finals tonight. Plus, is Taya Valkyrie the woman to break Jade's long, long undefeated streak without her finisher?
The announced card for tonight:
Adam Cole speaks
Kenny Omega and Konosuke Takeshita vs. The Butcher and The Blade
The announced card for tonight:
Adam Cole speaks
Some of my co-watching friends weren't down with last week's melodrama of Cole handcuffed, forced to watch Britt Baker get kendo'd by the Outcasts, but not me!New AEW TNT Champion Wardlow (with Arn Anderson) speaks
::insert Arn Anderson glock GIF here::Dax Harwood vs. Jeff Jarrett
The battle for the heart of Mark Briscoe continues!"Four Pillars" Tournament Finals: Darby Allin vs. Sammy Guevara
Right now my heart says Darby should win here and take the title from MJF just so a returning Punk can turn heel and take it off him in June, but again, I love wrestling melodramaAEW TBS Championship Match: Jade Cargill (c) vs. Taya Valkyrie (if Taya uses the Jaded/Road To Valhalla, she is disqualified)
My bet is on either a victory by shenanigans win for either woman, to lead to a match at All OutAEW International Championship Match: Orange Cassidy (c) vs. Bandido
Kenny Omega and Konosuke Takeshita vs. The Butcher and The Blade
You just know Kenny looks at The Elite's newest battle buddy Takeshita and sees Kota Ibushi through a haze of memory and loneliness, right?
By the way, I heard Tony Schiavone say tonight that Rampage will be at 5:30PM Eastern this Friday, even though I'm positive I heard them say repeatedly on Dark it would be on it's regular time.

Between Orange Cassidy and Bandido becoming bros, Wardlow being all clean and glistening, and MJF and Sammy literally dressing alike and kissing each other, today is a good day for "AEW wrestlers who would do great in gay porn"

If MJF is for real selling kosher dill pickles, I will definitely buy a jar or two, sodium content be damned.

MJF starting a bullshit tournament in order to avoid having to fight the other three pillars, and then handpick his opponent, and then do shenanigans to help that guy win, only to get punished by having to fight the other three pillars in the PPV anyway... is the actual correct definition of dramatic irony.

And Roderick Strong makes his return to Adam Cole's side, now we just gotta look forward to Kyle O'Reilly coming back from his neck fusion surgery and start work-shopping whatever new name the Undisputed Era will use.

Takeshita winning the match for his side and trying to stop Kenny from committing screwdriver murder, only for the BCC to take advantage of the pause and grab him to commit screwdriver murder... well that's not exactly dramatic irony but again, I love melodrama.

Notwithstanding the international travel, that’s actually not a bad idea.
The problem with WWE splitting their big events over both days of a weekend is that it’s usually the same crowd buying tickets to both, and by Sunday they are burnt out on wrestling no matter how good it may be.
Doing a “two night event” on two different weekend nights might alleviate that.
