One Piece: The Girl With the Sawfish Tattoo

In the present Nami rejoins her place in Arlong's crew while Luffy and the Straw Hats come to try to get her back. In the past we learn of her painful backstory and how she came to join Arlong in the first place. Finally, past and present collide.
Also Garp and Zeff have a conversation over a nice meal. It's nice when possible adversaries can just talk things out instead of resorting to violence.
It doesn't seem anyone has a particularly happy childhood or life in the world of One Piece but Nami's has been the worst we've seen so far. And then for her to put up with so much for so long in order to gain her freedom and redemption and have it all snatched away in an instant was so cruel. Thankfully Luffy and the crew are around to help her out and end the episode on a positive note.
Here's how the final scene played out in the anime. One gripe I have about the Netflix version is that it doesn't use the music from the anime and especially this theme. You only get a bit of it here but if you can watch the full episode (episode 37) or at least the last 3-4 minutes of it you'll get the whole thing.
