If you are a fan of this show, even as a vague hate-watch, should I do it? I'm looking for more shows to casually watch during my work day and this seems pretty perfect for it. This season seems so messy and crazy and it's made me really interested in watching it.

Honestly, I think the whole show is worth it just for Billy Crudup’s performance, which is fantastic. Not everything works, it felt a little like Succession-lite this season, and I think it is unfortunate that the scope zoomed so far out from being about the morning show.

I think if you view it a bit like a soap opera and accept the chaos, you’ll enjoy it. I loved it!

Billy Crudup is the main draw here, but all the characters are wonderfully flawed, punctuated with occasional acts of decency.

It’s strange how Crudup plays almost exactly the same character in Hello Tomorrow! and it just doesn’t work the same way.
