Rampart bringing the laffs. Who knew he had it in him?

Echo is just so competent. He says he’ll take care of it, and he does. What an MVP!

I was hoping the Zillo would show up so we would meet our megafauna quota. Maybe her enclosure is where those tunnels lead!

They still need to deprogram Bucky Tech. Hope the writers have left enough time for a tearful reunion.

This episode balanced out the Batch and Omega's stories pretty well. As much as I was more interested in the team's story, I have to acknowledge that Omega's character would not just sit around waiting to be rescued. None the less, the all star of this episode was that tight ending and the "unauthorized droid activity." I KNEW that they would connect with the shuttle in time before hyperspace, but I was still nervous that it would happen.

One nitpick, the stormtrooper that Echo stunned, was that a clone or non-clone? You'd think if you sent a non-clone to check something out and a clone's voice, which has to be universally known by most in the military, it would raise an eyebrow.

Odd observation, not counting Rampart, who has a beard due to a bad case of imperial imprisonment, we ran into another officer with a beard. Typically Imps have been shown with no facial hair other than a mustache.

I feel like there's a strong chance of Omega and the proto-younglings riding out on the back of hte Zillo. I mean, probably not, but this is Omega. I've been intrigued by how big the complex is since there's a second mountain behind the main one that also appears to have been hollowed out for use.

There was Agent Kallus in Rebels with his somewhat Wolverinish muttonchops; maybe it's something that is occasionally allowed an officer who shows sufficient Imperial...ness.

A good entry, although if they only go sixteen eps for the season, we only have three left. Bummer, but I was cheered up by Omega forming the Kid Resistance (some of whom will be old enough for the grown-up Rebels by the time of the Battle of Yavin). Nice overhead shot of the Tantiss facility segueing to the Kids' prison; nice detail of them scrubbing their custom paint off the armor, although it did make me wonder why no one noticed that one of them had a droid info jack for a hand.

Good catch on the Kallus muttons!

Whenever I start to question "Why didn't an Imperial notice this?!" I just go back to Andor and his statement about the Empire being so arrogant that anyone could get inside in the first place.

I still had questions about the Batch's unique armor, which is 100% not standard Clone or even Stormtrooper armor. It makes you think that a, there's just a bunch of wildly geared special units running around and so no one really blinks an eye or b, see Andor quote. Coincidentally, in the comics, there is a special squad called "Scar Team," which basically was a stormtrooper version of Bad Batch that was created when it seemed the Bad Batch was going to be relegated to the production reels for a canceled Clone Wars show. They have very identical armor.

Why put your supervillain lair in one hollowed-out volcano, when you could have two?

I’m really hoping that live-action Kallus shows up in the next season of Andor, even as a background character.

Oh, no, we absolutely need to have David Oyelowo show up and blow the racists' minds. (For those who didn't watch Rebels: British/Nigerian actor David Oyelowo voiced ISB Agent Kallus.)

Hard agree with this! Who cares what he looks like; the essence of the character is THAT VOICE. And that can only be David O. (hubba hubba!)
