The group holes up in an abandoned mansion and try to decipher the Part 2 Manuscript. Meanwhile, Dugdale's attempt to blackmail the Network backfires when they demonstrate just how much they know about him. Arby, the heavy-breathing hitman, finds out more about his past and learns that he is linked to the woman he hunts, Jessica Hyde.
Hunting Mr Rabbit and following leads into pharmaceutical and food company Pergus, the group attempts to abduct a high-ranking executive, Lane Monroe. In a tense standoff, the traumatised Alice shoots Monroe and the group capture the head of Corvadt, Mr Letts.
