After the Enterprise landing party beams down to investigate a new but thriving planet, their ship is hurled across the galaxy. Kirk and crew find a deserted outpost guarded by the deadly image of a beautiful woman named Losira.

"That Which Survives" was first broadcast January 24, 1969, and repeated July 29, 1969. It was written by John Meredyth Lucas, based on a story by D.C. Fontana under the pseudonym Michael Richards and directed by Herb Wallerstein.

This one has that really cool effect where Losira steps back and turns into a vertical line that disappears. That was a great effect!
