Huh, I loved the last scene and thought it was quite moving. Part of what I love about this show is that it is willing to do weird things with timing. Like that episode near the end of last season that covered a whole year in his relationship.

Also I thought the cupcake wars type show was super spot on accurate and the celebrity chef boss was just the most smarmy gross dude ever.

Did anyone else think that John Legend was shot differently than other characters?

The writing of this season has been terrific. Surprising and insightful. I really look forward to the rest of the season - on the one hand. On the other I hate the idea of Dev getting burned by the girl... though if he does it well enough I'll go with it . I don't know if I trust they'll be able to pull it off

I loved this episode, especially the awful celebrity chef, but the uber rise at the end didn't work for me, the song wasn't right for the mood they were going for and den just seemed antsy.
