The Bureau Underground is placed on lockdown when an amphibious creature escapes.
eh, it's a procedural sci-fi comedy, I'm not surprised they're pushing that, but at least those two have chemistry.

Do they? I’m not seeing it, so, the 15-year age difference plus the Max’s wife still being in the picture at the start gave me such a strong “Do Not Want” reaction, that every subsequent push makes me dislike it even more.

I see no sexual chemistry either.
I kept thinking that that girl's boyfriend was going to turn out to be Jerrod from the Carmichael Show.
This reminded me of that GELF episode of Red Dwarf back in the day.

it helps that adamscott still looks 21. i see the chemistry as far as i can see them together IRL, like those characters specifically, not the actor & actress.

I’m still baffled by the whole Max/Annie thing. The show is pushing it so hard — Max’s wife is AWOL and supernaturally/extra-terrestially whackadoo and doesn’t want him looking for her, and now they’ve given Annie a dirtbag boyfriend, so that Max looks better in comparison? I wish they’d knock it off.
