* the boys try to find resolution afer the funeral; Bjorn washes his hands of the whole thing and is heading off to club med

* sexy battlepriest arrives on the trail of the vikings, instantiates a settlement HQ

* heartfelt Ivar + Floki scene (that's some damned fine carpentry)

* leeching! Judith and Athelstan are down on their lucks

* another Floki and Ivar scene (that's some damned fast carpentry); "ALL HAIL FLOKI! ALL HAIL FLOKI! ALL HAIL FLOKI! ALL HAIL FLOKI! ALL HAIL FLOKI..."

* the locals instantly think that the new sexy battlepriest is kinda weird, even for a priest type, possibly even creepy

* keeping up with the Sigurdsdottirs: (Old) York Edition

* Floki goes all "second star to the right, and straight on till morning" on Ivar's gift

* I'm guessing sexymcbattlepriest is supposed to be opus dei or something?

* the Sigurdsdottirs are all kinda dicks, right? (Except maybe Ubbe, but he's just simple) Also, it feels like the sets are a little less good - must be the increased salaries all around

* Queeen Lagertha! (poor Torvi!)

This....was an okay return. I'm all up for battle bishops, tho'. I do think they did an incredible job casting Alfred, he has a striking similarity to the actress who plays Rachel.

Also, this episode pretty much begins the point of this show running over the BBC's The Last Kingdom.
