I don't know why Susmita would still be into Henry after he deliberately sabotaged her science fair project, but I guess the heart wants what it wants.

Contacting aliens was Tina's thing anyway, she had a smaller project in mind.

I was sure that Susmita was crushing on Jimmy Jr. and that Tina would be conflicted about her new friend liking her crush. Also, has Tina ever shown feelings for Zeke before like that?

Tina is interested in literally every boy, but there have been a few Tina-Zeke hints in the past. Most of those are Zeke expressing an interest in Tina, but there a couple of hints the other way as well.
The biggest one is the water balloon fight episode where she has Zeke and Jimmy Jr cornered and forces the two of them to describe their ideal date so she can decide which to balloon. (Where Zeke's answers all indicated that he was actually attentive to Tina's interests.) She wouldn't have bothered asking if she weren't at least mildly interested in Zeke as well.
And there's a bit in the Two-butted Goat episode where she wonders if Zeke might be her destiny. She does also wonder the same about every other boy on that trip, but that's more evidence that Tina is interested in every single boy in the world (well, except Henry Haber I guess), which doesn't directly suggest she has a thing for Zeke but also doesn't rule it out.

I loved the end credit musical number. I wish it had gotten full length treatment.
I also like the five mini coatracks, and thought it was a great b-plot. I wonder if they'll incorporate them into the set of the restaurant, like Felix's weird European bathroom, or the banged up soft-serve machine?

I was also thought that the ending bit, where Henry was convinced by Tina's speech, was a bit of a callback to the debate club episode - Tina really is a good persuasive speaker!

Gene: "Sorry. I thought I lost it in the hallway, but she found me."
Linda: "Oh put a fettuccine in your in-betweeny, Jimmy!"
