The Adventure Zone: Live in New Orleans!

Join the original rowdy boys on a quest to hold off the apocalypse — again — by confronting a deity whose machinations are too sinister to truly behold. Or, maybe, he really just wants to throw a bangin' party. One of the two.

Consider me fanserved. I love these two monsters.

I think Griffin did a really good job of pacing the adventure this time (by correctly accounting for how much time the boys would waste).

Also, this is possibly the first time in the new campaign that I've seen a live show pop up in the feed and felt more "wait but what's happening in Amnesty though??" than "YAY MY FAVES ARE BACK!"

This episode, in particular: can you imagine being the person who gets dragged along to the live show without ever heading it before? Can you imagine how downright weird it would all be? It tickles me to think about it.

I'd seen Clint's Mardi Gras costume already, but my husband hadn't. I got to experience the joy of showing it to him, after he heard all the discussion about it in the episode.

I hadn't seen it either but your post made me google it. WOW.

Loved this, but cannot BELIEVE no one made a “Pan Is At The Disco” joke.

I had to go back and marvel at that suit photo again, at which point I realized that I often am inadvertently cosplaying as Lesbian Griffin McElroy

'Brosia delighted me.

I figured out the twins pretty much instantly and needed to remind my family who they were. The music was a good reminder--might have been helpful to start with the music cue since they were DJ-ing.

Not exactly the same, but we all listened to a live ep a while back with my mom in the car (who has not the slightest familiarity with D&D). She was like "they seemed like they were having fun, which was nice to listen to. But never have I understood less of the English language."
