Beth invading Abby's space wasn't my favourite, but I enjoyed this episode more than previous ones, hopefully it keeps improving!

Yeah, it's starting to grow on me. One thing that helped: just read an interview with the creator where he talked about why the deliberately retro sitcom - the format and beats are intended to be a welcoming space, just as that kind of bar would be if it existed. Basically. Anyway, now that I know that he's doing it thoughtfully, it's working for me a lot better.

Oh, good, they heard my complaint and are ramping down Abby's unlikability. (I know, they had to establish her as a grump before making her more human, but still, it's been kinda jarring.)

So I've been enjoying the show, even 80% parks and rec is still pretty color, and I hope it can keep growing. Plus the cast is great, with good energy so I trust the material to catch up.
