What if someone told you about a type of therapy that could help you work through unhealed trauma in just ten sessions? Some people knock through it in two weeks. Jaime Lowe tried the therapy—and recorded it.

I was worried I would not find this episode interesting (a person discussing filling out therapy worksheets?), but I did. I was left wondering if the reporter felt pressure to say the therapy had worked because it made a better story and I was wondering if she and her therapist discussed that.

Yes, this was pretty amazing. I imagine it could help a lot of people.

I agree, lots of questions about doing honest therapy while recording but I feel they did a lot of due diligence beforehand.
