The dialogue in this one won me over; the gallery and bowling alley scenes just felt so real - Gently and her previous hookup, Evan and Rika...the ankle sprain was a bit much but ultimately sped things along to get Gently to Evan's apartment, and the up-and-down interaction they had there was totally engaging. I think this show's gonna be a keeper if it can avoid artificial drama in favor of the real stuff.
