Poldark: Episode 1.5

Mark Daniel marries visiting theatrical player Keren Smith. Ross and Demelza's daughter, Julia Grace, is born, and Demelza's father makes a memorable appearance at the christening. The young, progressive, and compassionate Dr. Dwight Enys comes to the area. Ross proposes that the pit owners form a collective with their own smelting company in order to resist the Warleggans' monopoly, but Francis opts out and tries to recoup his financial losses by gambling. Demelza attempts to reunite Verity and Andrew Blamey in town, but their meeting is interrupted by a riot among the starving miners.

I definitely love me some Dr. Enys and was happy to see him.

Keren is putting the moves on the handsome new doctor *at her wedding to someone else*. This won't end well.

Francis continues to be an idiot. Why can't he take hold of his life and work to make it better instead of feeling sorry for himself, pining for what he doesn't have, taking his unhappiness out on others, and indulging in self-destructive behaviour?
