I do really dig Zoe questioning Dan's "bullshit," then exploring that more deeply. It may sound crazy and maladaptive, but experience and just coping and surviving counts for a lot. There's a lot of privilege to take surviving as a given.

Really finding Angela sympathetic - even if really pushing implausibility, but a daughter's love of a father... unless this is part of her training.

Man, it’s got disaster written all over it, but poor Harold. He’s just so lost and tired. Lithgow is so damn good at misery.

When I watch a new show that looks interesting, I make sure to avoid any media about it, just to let it roll over me fresh.

So this was the episode where I realized it wasn't a mini-series, it was going to go to a second (or more) season.

Argh!

So so all that's going to happen in the season finale is we might see Dan and Angela reunited, and catch a glimpse of Faraz Hamzad.
