When the Primm family (Constance Wu, Scoot McNairy, Winslow Fegley) moves to New York City, their young son Josh struggles to adapt. That changes when he discovers Lyle - a singing crocodile (Shawn Mendes) who loves baths, caviar and great music-living in the attic of his new home.

Also starring Javier Bardem, Brett Gelman, Lyric Hurd.

...75% on Rotten Tomatoes? How? I took my kids last weekend and when the lights came back on, we looked at each other with a resounding MEH. I don't have any attachment to the book, so I have no nostalgia factor. I enjoyed all of the actors but it never really came together for me. But also I have realized recently that the collected works of Benj Pasek and Justin Paul are not for me, so maybe I just shouldn't have bothered.
