I'm going to have to argue with "lesser-known".

Well, I mean "lesser known than H. P. Lovecraft" which I think is fair for the general public.

I'm mildly claustrophobic, and the idea of crawling through unknown tunnels underground isn't pleasant at all to me. I had a hard time watching this.

Heh—pretty sure that sentiment is shared by 99.9% of humans.

As for this installment, I thought it was a lot of fun. So far really digging the little nods towards the Cthulhu mythos, even in the non-Lovecraft stories.

I've seen 5 episodes so far and this one remains my favourite. I'm not sure it was necessarily the best, but the nods to classic horror tropes, practical effects and Weird Tales/Tales from the Crypt were all really enjoyable.

I do wish the "preview" at the end of Episode 1 hadn't given away the big reveal, but it was still very entertaining.

Plus, I love watching David Hewlett chew scenery.
