What a high point this night is for Eddie Kingston. Great match vs. Akiyama, and then like a true classy guy, he spends time on the mic paying tribute to Japanese legends and putting over the upcoming women’s matches.

THEY’RE ALL BACK AND THEY CAME OUT TOGETHER! Even Brandon, which means this week’s BTE is going to be awesome.
How I missed all the tag team shenanigans and acrobatics that the Bucks would get up to.

It’s too bad the Nyla/Jade match has to be the cooldown match, because both sides’ ring gear and entrances were great. Jade as Cheetara, my goodness.

I didn’t have a lot of expectations for the four-way, although I did expect Sammy would take the pin. Nice to see I was wrong about that, the company has to build up the new talent. On the other hand, it seems like all of his offence was rendered useless in the match.

Some smart booking in the Saraya/Britt match. Britt removes the confusion about which of them is the heel by trying a lot of neck-based offense in front of Saraya’s brother. Then, unless I’m mistaken, Britt also tried using a few of the old Paige moves against her, until Saraya busted out the “Ram-Paige” several times for the victory.
Thinking now that if Hayter wins tonight, they can spend some time building to Saraya vs. Hayter for the London show in 2023.

Acclaimed vs. Swerve & Keith Lee was definitely the best storytelling match of the night (unless Mox/MJF tops it).

Ha ha, Hayter and MJF both score title wins with a certain amount of assistance… Good heavens that scowl on William Regal’s face as he came down the ramp. Then he’s like “OK, you decided you won’t cheat, so now I’m going to help you cheat like a real villain.” Great show all around, some better than others but none of them bad.

Huh, I apologize to the three or four MeFites other than me who read these, I only just today realized that I can add the pay-per-view events as a “special” under the same series title in Fanfare. I didn’t have to make separate special events out of them!
Although I still might do that for ROH Final Battle, since that technically doesn’t carry the AEW name?

This is the stupidest storyline that I can't get enough of in all of wrestling today.
