I guess I’m just talking to myself in these posts, but that’s OK! I am really enjoying this series so much, and especially seeing Kumail Nanjiani do such a great job and be centered in the story. Nick is really kind of awful which I find fascinating because he’s awful in a different way from Steve. I just feel so terrible for both Otis and Irene, for putting their lives together with Steve’s, and my heart just really goes out to Otis for everything he’s going through and to be confronted yet again with racism in a place where he thought maybe he wouldn’t get it is so tragic.

I guess I'm a little out of sync with you, I normally post immediately after/ during watching.

This is a great show with a ton of nuance, but it can be quite painful so perhaps there are things about myself/ past that I don't want to explore too deeply or put down as pixels.
