I thought I was the most uncomfortable in the last episode, where that guy dropped to his knees and swore his undying fealty to Steve, but oh, look, I can be even more uncomfortable! I was in pain throughout most of this episode, it just was filled with awful stuff, and I know it’s probably only going to keep getting worse. Having that poor guy, commit arson for him, his jealousy in New York, lying to Irene, it was all just so terrible. Kumail is knocking it out of the park with his performance, though. That transition from enjoying the snowball fight to Nick’s cruelty and Steve’s erupting into rage was all just so well done and excruciating at the same time.
