My Adventures with Superman: Adventures of a Normal Man, Part 1
July 8, 2023 7:37 AM - Season 1, Episode 1 - Subscribe
An anime-inflected take on "Clark Kent's first day as an intern at the Daily Planet". At the time of posting, sitting at 100% positive on Rotten Tomatoes! It's just a delight.
Starring Jack Quaid as Clark Kent/Superman, Alice Lee as Lois Lane, and Ishmel Sahid as Jimmy Olsen
With every episode moving at a breakneck pace yet finding the time to deliver heartfelt character development, My Adventures with Superman reinvigorates the Man of Steel's animated legacy. - Sam Stone at CBR
Possessing a timeless energy, the series won’t attract new fans looking for the gore, guts, and carnage of many other DC...However, for those looking for a reprieve from the live-action films that continue to fail the characters, the series is a remedy... - Allyson Johnson at But Why Tho?
More than anything, My Adventures with Superman pulls the essence of Big Blue straight off the page, but molds him and his world into something compelling, original, and unique. - Anna Govert at Paste Magazine
Clark Kent is always nice; "My Adventures With Superman" makes him complex. The new Max animated series gives us a Superman who can fly and maybe even flirt. -- Daniel Dockery at Polygon

I only saw the first episode but it was a lot of fun. I'm not signing up for a streaming service (or cable) just to watch the rest, but with any luck my local library will pick it up on DVD.

I love it. It's the Superman I want -- someone who is kind and a bit innocent and just wants to do good.
It's so cute and playful!
I was sold when young Clark had the Cool S on his shirt in the first scene. This show knows what it's doing.
I like Lois and Jimmy too.
It's a good example of how you can appeal to adults (although there's not a lot here that's not kid-unfriendly) without resorting to grimdark nonsense. I'm a fan.

Jack Quaid is doing great Clark Kent work, but not Superman (yet).

I enjoyed Clark Kent as a himbo!
It's on Adult Swim and Max, formerly known as HBO Max. It's surprisingly wholesome for Adult Swim.
