Is that kind of thing realistic, where they take an alleged killer out for a field trip of his "greatest hits"? Has this historically happened a lot? It seems colossally stupid and counterproductive to actual police work.

Or is it an LAPD thing? Like, is this one of those classic lol LAPD is so corrupt things.

I'm very much enjoying the set pieces and the noir aspects.
